SAYB is powered by volunteers! From coaching to field maintenance, every role is crucial in making our league a success. Our board members, coaches, and support staff are all dedicated volunteers, and we need your help to continue providing a great experience for our players.

Ways to Volunteer

There are many ways to get involved:

• Head Coach – Lead a team and help develop young athletes.

•  Assistant Coach – Support the head coach in practices and games.

•  Team Volunteer – Help with dugout organization, and more.

No Experience? No Problem! Previous coaching experience is not required! We provide training and access to many resources from Little League International to help you succeed in your role.
